Loughborough town started the game well against table toppers Harbourne. Town won an early short corner which was saved on the line by the post player from Bowden’s flick.
Soon after Harbourne turned there spell of pressure in to a goal with a well struck shot. Within a few minutes however, Proctor fired a power flick into the bottom corner to level the scores going into half time.
Harbourne capitalised on errors by Town to race into a 3:1 lead within a few minutes of the restart. Bowden and Ratcliff combined well to bring the gap back to one goal.
Harbourne score a well taken drag flick with a few minute to go to bring the score to 4-2. Loughborough town play at home again next Saturday vs Barton at 14:00 looking for 3 points to move them further up the league table.
