After a disappointing loss to West Bridgford in the previous game Loughborough Town faced Ashby determined to build on some of the good play in their previous match. They got off to a quick start, with Adam scoring not long into the game. Kyran then scored before Adam got his second, and Town went into the half time break 3-0 up. Unfortunately the halftime sweets didn’t quite do the job and Town tired in the second half, allowing Ashby to get a goal back. Player of the match was Tej.
